![]() Please interpret that to whatever holiday you may celebrate, there are just too many for me to list them all. As 2018 comes to a close, there is a tendency to reflect back on the past year and plan what we want for the coming year. For some people this is a passing thought, for others a full process; perhaps even a ritual, but it is something we all tend to do whether consciously or unconsciously. I think I am somewhere in the middle. While I don’t sit down with pen and paper, or a screen in front of me, or make a list, I notice for most of December and certainly early January, I am tallying up the year passing. Where did I succeed, where did I fail? What do I want more of? What do I want less of? What is happening on the planet and how can I make more of a difference? The questions go on and on. From that, I will set some goal going forward into the new year. They may be career goal or health goals, relationship goals or spiritual goals but I will enter this new year with some intentions whether I bother to write them down or not. How do you process the passing year? Are you a conscious or unconscious goal setter? Do you call them goals or are they simply wishes? ●“I wish for world peace” ● “I wish I could lose a few pounds” ●“Maybe I will start going to the gym this year” ●“Maybe I will find my soulmate this year” In past years, how many of these goals or wishes or maybes have you actually attained? What if there was a reason these goals, wishes, maybes, often get forgotten before January is over? What if there was a reason for these less than stellar results that is so subtle it would be hard for you to even realize it was happening? What if I were to tell you that I could help you attain these goals, wishes, maybes, at a higher level of success than in past years? Well, I can! The reason for these failures and for other less than successful experiences we have in our lives, lies within our energy field, rather than in our minds or bodies. Yes, it manifests, physically, mentally, emotionally, even spiritually but the answer is in our energy field. Our bodies are made up of energy, as by now, I’m sure you are all aware. As we exist on this plane our energy is affected by everything we experience. It’s the people we know, the places we go, the food we eat, the thoughts we have, all of it is energy. For sake of ease, let's call this energy “Frequency”. Over time, the frequencies that we are made up of become imbalanced, out of sorts, so to speak. They no longer align in a way that gives us the health, vitality, life that we want and deserve. There are many ways to go about balancing these frequencies. Meditation helps, Reiki or energy work helps, therapy helps, cleaning up your diet, all of these have a part in the picture, but we are made up of a lot of frequencies! The limitation of all of them is the scope of knowledge we have, or our practitioner has, and sheer time to look at all the imbalances. The solution to this is Bioenergetic Testing.
Of all the bioenergetic testing programs I have looked at, I went with a system called Qest4 Bioenergetic Screening System and I am thrilled with the results.
