Relationship Coaching
Although I work both face to face and over the phone, I most love working face-to-face with couples and families who want to get their relationships back on track. I employ ‘co-active’ coaching and Relationship Systems technology, to discover the ways in which you can most effectively nurture and heal your relationships. This work is equally effective in improving your relationship with yourself, which is truly your most important foundational relationship.
Instead of seeing what’s going on as something ‘wrong’, I see it as something very positive that is trying to happen but cannot, because something unrecognized is in the way. My clients learn how to communicate more effectively with each other, how to clearly identify their wants and needs, and how to support each other in resolving conflicts in loving and caring ways. My aim is to empower all parties to become responsible for the condition and interplay of the relationship.
I can work with any number of people who are in relationship with each other. You can schedule weekly or bi-weekly two-hour sessions, at my home in San Pablo, California or by phone from anywhere in the world. You can also schedule monthly intensives, of five to six hours, if you prefer.
